Analyse wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
Consultation in the writing of directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits
Consult with relevant legal counsels to ensure that policies comply with UK law
Develop and maintain HR systems which meets clients’ information needs
Oversee and consult in the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in clients’ organisation
Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensure clients’ policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
Recruit, interview, test, and select candidates to fill vacant positions in clients’ organisation

Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations,promotions, performance review, safety, and internal problems
Advise and consult clients in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
Consultation of benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance,pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
Investigate accidents and prepare reports for insurance carrier
Conducts wage surveys within relevant sector market to determine competitive wage rate
Consultation and services related to outside suppliers who provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.
