  • Analyse wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan 

  • Consultation in the writing of directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits 

  • Consult with relevant legal counsels to ensure that policies comply with UK law 

  • Develop and maintain HR systems which meets clients’ information needs   

  • Oversee and consult in the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in clients’ organisation   

  • Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensure clients’ policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance 

  • Recruit, interview, test, and select candidates to fill vacant positions in clients’ organisation 

  • Consultation, plans and conduct new employee orientations 

  • Consultation in clients’ organisation for insurance and pension plans, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics 

  • Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations,promotions, performance review, safety, and internal problems 

  • Advise and consult clients in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues 

  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs 

  • Consultation of benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance,pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance 

  • Investigate accidents and prepare reports for insurance carrier 

  • Conducts wage surveys within relevant sector market to determine competitive wage rate 

  • Consultation and services related to outside suppliers who provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.
